Posting and Content Guidelines for IT Professionals

The Web Chat services offered here are intended for a general audience of professional IT Pros and members of the business community with related interests. This service provides for an informal discussion, but please be considerate of all others in your manners and how you represent your opinions.

Opinions expressed by visitors in the Web Chat service are those of that person, and do not necessarily represent opinions (or concepts) shared or endorsed by the Web Chat Host or SBSmigration.com. Web Chat content is presented as-is with no warranty offered for possibly inaccurate or flawed information presented in the course of the discussion.

With this registration, you acknowledge and consent to the discussion content (aka: "chat log") being captured and distributed at a later time. The chat log might be put into the public domain, or made available to individuals (who may or may not have been present at the time) in a totally unedited format or as a digest form (including removal of inappropriate content or personal information). You have waived any rights or option to seek or transfer damages or to constrain the release or redistribution of the live chat content in progress or a chat log.

Anything you post or paste via the Web Chat that is displayed to other Visitors instantly and is not necessarily within our control to maintain or protect as private. The nature of participating in chat discussions or exchanging information, ideas, recommendations, or business and personal information should be understood to be disclosing it for substantial “public view” even if it is offered within what appears to be a private Web Chat environment. You are responsible for ensuring that information you post which is copyrighted or represents some form of protected or privileged information is presented in compliance to those conditions. Any information you contribute which is not properly attributed or in compliance with such conditions is subject to removal by the Web Chat Host.

No Validation or Disclosure of Personal Information

We are not responsible for the potential of an individual to misrepresent their true identity, or any consequences that may extend from that circumstance. We do not knowingly seek, collect, or present of any personal information from children.

Registration and Logon accounts established for Web Chat are used only for the purpose of identifying individuals participating in the chat, and are not transferred or collected for other purposes. While still hosted on SBSmigration.com, chat accounts are isolated independently from the business databases of SBSmigration.com.

The Web Chat is provided as a free service to any Visitor who agrees to abide by the Rules. chat.sbsmigration.com reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. VISITORS WHO VIOLATE THE TERMS OF THE RULES OF THE WEB CHAT MAY PERMANENTLY BE BANNED FROM USING THE WEB CHAT. ENTERING THE WEB CHAT WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE RULES.

The following rules apply while using the Web Chat

I. Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate images are not permitted. Pornographic, profane or obscene language is not permitted in the Web Chat, forums, and Guest Books, and/or private messages.

II. Offensive and indecent handles are not allowed and will be blocked.

III. Harassment of another Visitor on the Web Chat or use of obscene or abusive language is not permitted.

IV. Do not disrupt the flow of a discussion by repeatedly posting the same message or image or posting excessively large images.

V. Impersonation of others, including a chat.sbsmigration.com employee or representative is forbidden. Handles that impersonate will be blocked.

VI. chat.sbsmigration.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY VISITOR'S ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON.
